Vineyard: Finca Cal Miret 400 m.
Fermentation at 20 º C in stainless steel tanks for 4 weeks with 3 daily pump-over’s. Ageing 5 months in new and 2 year old French oak barrels.
Vivid red tinges. The nose is explosively intense and fresh. Aromatically complex with floral notes, creaminess and notes of forest fruits. The intensity of the fruit continues on the palate; leaving lightly toasted notes. The structure surprises with a long aftertaste and a harmonious finish. The wine’s originality is invitingly enjoyable.
Serving temperature: 15 – 17° C
