The traditional blend of the native varieties Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada that our grandfather always made with his favorite Cal Miret vineyards, and that we wanted to recover in honor of the history of our region.

Tasting Note

Sight

Yellow color with golden tones.

Nose

Nose with aromas of candied fruit, subtle hints of pastry.

Mouth

Elegant, fresh palate with a creamy texture that makes carbonic an infinite tingle.

Cava with a bright golden color, aroma of fine lees, with character, ripe fruit, nuts, sweet spices and pastry. On the palate it is powerful, tasty, with fine bubbles and a fine bitterness.

Varieties

Blend of the three native Penedès varieties: Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada grown organically on our Penedès estates.

Winemaking

Manual harvest and arrival at the winery for gentle pressing. The wine is fermented separately at 16 °C in stainless steel vats for 2 weeks.

Second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method, aged for minimum 36 months.

Wine suitable for vegans.

Wine made from organically grown grapes with minimal intervention.

How to pair this organic sparkling wine

Spoon dishes, rice dishes, stewed meats. Highly gastronomic.

Recommended serving temperature between 6 and 8°C.
