What countries do we ship to?

We ship to the following countries:

Europe: Spain (with some restrictions), Portugal, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

America: United States (with some restrictions).

Asia: Please, contact us to know the terms of shipment to your country.

Shipping restrictions

Spain: Unfortunately, we do not ship directly to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
US: Wine shipments are not possible to the following states (olive oil shipments can be sent to all US states): Alabama,
Kentucky, Mississippi and Utah. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, there is an extra charge of 120$ per case.
Switzerland, Norway and United Kingdom: Please, contact us to know the terms of shipment to your country.

How many days does it take for my order to arrive?

Spain (Peninsula): Usually the delivery time is between 24 and 72h working days from Monday to Friday.
Spain (Balearic Islands): the delivery time is from 2-7 working days.
Europe: from 3-10 working days.
US: from 4-6 weeks. Due to exceptional situations beyond our control, shipments may be delayed 6 to 8 weeks.

The expected timings are subject to change due to unforseen circumstances, such as to run out of stock or possible incidents during transport. In this case, we will get in touch with you to notify you of the new approximate delivery date.

Why should I buy multiples of 6 bottle cases?

The cost of shipment is calculated by 6 bottle case. It is not necessary to buy 6 bottles of the same wine, cava or oil – you can mix them in one box. Nevertheless, the total number of bottles of the order should be a multiple of six as it is the safer way to send them.

Shipments to the United States must be in quantities multiple of 6 bottles per case. 

What should I do if I have received a broken bottle?

The packaging is designed to avoid breakages and our partners are fully aware of the fragility of our products, but sometimes the bottles do break. All shipments are guaranteed and have an insurance against loss or breakage for 100% of their value, so we guarantee the perfect delivery of the purchased products. In case of breakage the order will be refilled at no cost for the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email when your order is confirmed. Once your order is prepared, we will notify both to the shipping company and to you via email.

Delivery date and timings

If, for any reason, you need the delivery to happen in a determined time slot, please specify it in the corresponding box of the purchase form.

What happens if I am not at home?

If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the shipper will call you or he will notify by other ways to arrange a second delivery attempt.

Purchase honey from Parés Baltà

A bottle of wine or olive oil is equivalent to 3 honey pots in terms of weight and space. For this reason, the shipping cost is the same for 1 and 3 honey pots.
