Booking conditions

1. General Terms and Conditions

• The formalization of a reservation implies the acceptance of all the above conditions.
• A review of these may only be requested in duly justified exceptional circumstances.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations of booked activities must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

In the event of cancellation within this period, the client will receive a credit for the value of the booking made, but no refund will be issued. This credit may be used for a future activity or for the purchase of wine within 12 months of the original booking date.

Cancellations communicated less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
