After a light maceration for four hours, the grapes were lightly pressed and then, fermented in new Allier barrels during 16 days at an average temperature of 18° C. After the fermentation, the ageing was continued in the same barrels for four months over lees and with periodic battonage.
Pale yellow color with light greenish tints. Clear and transparent. Good intensity on the nose with notes of very mature fruit and floral tones. In the mouth it is soft, creamy and with good volume as a result of the battonage. Long and pleasant finish.
Serving temperature: 14 – 15°
