Mas Petit

2025

An organic red wine that it is a reflection of change

In recent harvests in Penedès, we’ve seen a clear shift in the vineyard: greater phenolic ripeness, deeper violet and red tones, and at the same time a more moderate alcohol level, even after years of heat and drought.
The new Mas Petit blend is our way of giving words to what the vines are telling us: an honest reflection of a changing climate and a way of making wine that evolves with it.

Tasting Note

Sight

Bright red in colour.

Nose

The nose is intense and very fruity, with notes of red berries and a subtle touch of Mediterranean herbs.

Mouth

On the palate it is young and lively, fluid and long. The fruit returns with intensity, with soft tannins and a vibrant acidity that brings freshness and lift. The finish is juicy, moreish and very refreshing.

It reveals aromas of black fruits, liquorice and sweet spices. The palate is broad, rich, without being heady and enough freshness to keep everything in balance. Mas Petit 2021

Hand harvested. The grapes are received at the winery, and after gently crushing the grapes. Each variety is cold-soaked during the first week to achieve a silky texture, followed by alcoholic fermentation at 23°C for 20 days. No ageing is carried out.

Wine suitable for vegans.

Wine made with biodynamic  grapes and minimal intervention in the cellar.

How to pair this organic and biodynamic wine:

Charcuterie boards, cheeses and pâtés. It also pairs very well with rice dishes, fish and pasta. A very versatile wine.

Recommended serving temperature between 14ºC and 15°C.

A wine to accompany us at any time and make us enjoy our meals. Because the best social media is a table of good company.
