An organic rosé wine made with syrah that avoids trends
Radix is a new concept of single-varietal rosé wine, designed for those who are not satisfied with the classics. A wine that makes a difference from the very first moment.
A biodynamically grown wine made exclusively from the Syrah variety, which we allow to reach its optimum point of maturity in order to extract its full aromatic potential.
Radix perfectly fulfils the saying of being “a rosé wine with the soul of a red”.
Radix is a microvinification/microcuvée only made in the best vintages.
Intense cherry colour, with blue rim and very bright.
Aromatic explosion on the nose, with a multitude of intertwined red and black fruits (blackberries, cherries, plums, strawberries) and hints of jam.
Powerful entry on the palate, where it develops again the aromas described above. Ample, meaty, tasty and with very balanced acidity. It has a smooth and pleasant finish, with a long persistence.

Wine made from 100% Syrah grown organically and biodynamically on our estates in the Penedès.
Harvested by hand and in small crates to avoid oxidation of the grapes. Arrival at the winery where it undergoes a short maceration of 6 hours at low temperature. Fermentation at 16ºC in stainless steel vats for 5 weeks.
Wine made with biodynamic grapes and minimal intervention in the cellar.

How to pair this organic and vegan wine
At the table Radix gives a lot of play, as it can go where most rosés fall short. Great with pasta dishes and with dishes where pork is the focus, such as chickpeas with butifarra, a grilled Iberian sausage.
When to enjoy it
Radix is a very gourmet yet serious wine. Enjoy it when you feel like going against the grain, when you want to escape from the daily routine and break with the rules.
