A dream come true
The fi rst Gratavinum wine made 100% with the Garnacha variety, from the Rocaforts area, approximately 25-year-old vines that grow in a land dominated by Carboniferous Sandstone (sandstone liqueur or Rocarell), which in conjunction with the variety gives a very good acidity and soft tannins.

Tasting Note
Cherry red color of medium intensity, medium layer.
The nose is intense, with notes of jelly beans and red fruits combined with mineral notes of flint and a light background of toast.
At the entrance to the mouth we will find soft tannins, with high volume and fat, well compensated by good acidity and a general feeling of verticality. Red fruits and mineral notes stand out, resulting in a long and intense aftertaste.

Varieties
100% Grenache cultivated applying biodynamic farming in our vineyards in the Priorat.
Winemaking
Ferments in amphoraes with 15% whole grapes that are not destemmed or crushed. Slow fermentation for about 20 days at 25ºC. Aging in 600 liter French oak barrels (75%) and demijohns (25%) for 14 months.
How to pair this organic and vegan wine
Sausages, grilled meats.
Serve at 15ºC. Decant before serving.

An ideal wine for wine-lovers to be enjoyed with traditional Mediterranean cuisine.
