An organic wine that blends with the Priorat slates
All the essence of Priorat is sumed up inside this bottle: Centenary vineyards of Carinyena grapes, planted on high slopes, extract and show the purity and strenght of the unique Priorat terroir.
Wine made with grapes cultivated applying biodynamic farming in Priorat.
Deep ruby colour with purple tinges.
Intense on the nose, with reminiscences of graphite, wet earth, black berries jam, eucalyptus and mineral notes.
Powerful, with a high quantity of great quality tannins, sweetness and velvety. Mineral notes, especially graphite, excellent acidity and very long aftertaste.
“Pungent cherry and dark berry liqueur aromas are complicated by intriguing mineral, floral and smoked meat qualities. Velvety on entry, then picks up firm tannins, which frame the succulent raspberry and cassis flavors. A rich wine with excellent finishing lift and lingering cherry skin bitterness.”
