Grape varieties:

Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon

Vineyard: Finca les Torres, 616 m. Finca Cal Miret, 400 m. Finca Parés Baltà, 225 m.


A short maceration at low temperature. Fermentation at 16° C in stainless steel tanks for two weeks. To conserve some residual sugar the fermentation was stopped before finishing.

Tasting note:

Rosewood color. Delicate on the nose with notes of red fruit like raspberry and cherry. In the mouth it is light and fresh. Interesting balance between the acidity level and the light sweetness of the residual sugar.
Serving temperature: 7 – 10°C
