Vibrant ruby hue with remarkable depth of color.
Clean and appealing, bursting with fresh red fruits like cranberries and wild berries. The freshness is immediately evident, bringing a captivating brightness to the aroma.
Reveals notes reminiscent of red fruit and blood orange, along with hints of carob and wild aromatic herbs such as rosemary.
” One of the “lost-and-now-recovered” grapes of the Penedes, this is a phenomenal frst showing. Ripe blackberry and plum fruits, sappy herbs, dark chocolate and violets. Full and grainy, packed with favour and best of all, it tastes like it’s exactly where it should be. Bravo, Parés Baltà!”
