Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache

Vineyard: Finca Parés Baltà, 230 m. Finca La Torreta, 315 m.


Maceration and fermentation of the two varieties separated under a controlled temperature of 25˚ C. Prolonged during 20 and 21 days respectively. Aged for 7 months in French oak barrels 2nd, 3rd and 4th year.

Tasting note:

A Cherry tone of semi intensity. Aroma of red fruits on a background of soft toast and vanilla. The palate is soft, round and velvety tannins. Notes intertwined fruit and vanilla seeds.
Serving temperature: 15-17 ° C
