Tasting Note

Sight

Old gold colour.

Nose

On the nose, aromas of citrus peel and fruit, with a subtle touch of oak. Notes of chamomile.

Mouth

On the palate, medium-bodied with a medium texture. Its acidity brings freshness and makes the mouth water.

Winemaking

Harvested by hand and in small crates to avoid oxidation of the grapes. Arrival at the winery followed by gentle pressing.

Skin-contact maceration in stainless-steel tanks for one week, with daily pump-overs. Total fermentation lasts two and a half weeks.
Aged in 500-litre barrels for 3 to 4 months.

Wine made with biodynamic grapes and minimal intervention in the cellar.

Wine suitable for vegan.

How to pair this organic and single varietal wine

Pairs well with fish, seafood, rice dishes, and all kinds of cheeses.

Recommended serving temperature between 10ºC and 12°C.
