We select the softest Cabernet Sauvignon and combine it with the delicate and aromatic Garnatxa to create our most classical red wine.
Round and seamless, full of fruit and ripeness to balance the oak. This is Mas Petit; pleasure at any given moment with or without food.
58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Garnatxa cultivated applying Organic and Biodynamic farming.
Cured meat, cheese, pâte.
Serve at 15-17ºC.
Maceration and fermentation of the two varieties separated under a controlled temperature of 25ºC. Prolonged during 20 and 21 days respectively.
Ageing 7 months in French oak, 2nd, 3rd and 4th fill.
Medium intense cherry hue.
Predominating smell of red fruits covering a background of toasty notes and vanilla.
On the palate it is soft and friendly and with smooth tannins; flavors of red fruits, as cherries, combined with a touch of vanilla.
