Tasting Note
Deep ruby colour with purple tinges.
Intense on the nose, with reminiscences of graphite, wet earth, black berries jam, eucalyptus and mineral notes.
Powerful, with a high quantity of great quality tannins, sweetness and velvety. Mineral notes, especially graphite, excellent acidity and very long aftertaste.
“Pungent cherry and dark berry liqueur aromas are complicated by intriguing mineral, floral and smoked meat qualities. Velvety on entry, then picks up firm tannins, which frame the succulent raspberry and cassis flavors. A rich wine with excellent finishing lift and lingering cherry skin bitterness.”
