Parés Baltà is a family-owned winery with roots dating back to the 18th century. Today, the third generation keeps this legacy alive with passion and respect for the land. Our wines come from our own vineyards located in different areas of Penedès, from the gentle hills near the Mediterranean to high-altitude plots over 600 meters above sea level.
Organic and biodynamic wines: a commitment to nature
Since 2003, all our wines have been certified organic, and in 2013 we took a step further by becoming a biodynamic winery. This means that we care for our vineyards with agricultural practices that respect nature’s cycles, foster biodiversity, and regenerate the soil. We do not use synthetic chemicals and we produce our own biodynamic preparations.

From Monday to Sunday: mornings at 10:30 and 11:00; afternoons at 15:30 and 16:00.
Closed on June 24, January 1 and 6, and December 25.
What are the prices of the visits?
Experiences range from €30 to €95 per person. We offer reduced rates for children, teenagers, and people who do not consume alcohol.
