Booking conditions

1. General Terms and Conditions

• The formalization of a reservation implies the acceptance of all the above conditions.
• A review of these may only be requested in duly justified exceptional circumstances.

2. Cancellations

The penalties for cancellations are the followings:

• If the cancellation of a visit/tasting or wine pairing is not communicated 48 hours prior to the date of the visit, the amount of the visit/tasting cannot be refunded.
• If the cancellation of a visit/tasting or wine pairing is communicated 48 hours prior to the date of the visit, 50% of the total amount will be reimbursed.
