The true expression of freshness and altitude of the White Garnatxa from our Pontons estate is combined with the work in the cellar to extract its full potential.
The flowers and the white fruit complement each other with the citric and creamy notes from the contact with the lees during various months of battonage. Delicate balance between freshness and smoothness.

|After a light skin maceration during four hours, the grapes were lightly pressed, and then fermented in stainless steel tanks during 20 days at an average temperature of 16 °C. After finishing fermentation the wine was kept in contact with the fine lees from the fermentation during approximately 3 months with daily battonage.|
|Half of the wine is aged in new and second year French oak barrels during 3 months.|
|Pale white with greenish hues, crisp and transparent.|
