Maceration and fermentation in 400L new French oak barrels at a controlled temperetarue of 25-29ºC. Ageing 13 months in new French Allier oak barrells.
Intense violet color. On the nose, intense and complex aroma of ripe dark fruits of plums and black mulberries. In the mouth it has intense flavor of dark bitter chocolate and sweet tobacco combined with the toasty notes and the vanilla from the oak. Great concentration and body with long and refreshing finish.
