Xarel·lo (old vines)
Vineyard: Finca Hisenda Miret, 325 m.
Natural alcoholic fermentation, with wild yeasts, in clay amphorae, which porosity causes an hiperoxidation precipitating all oxidable particles down. The result is a clean and clear wine.
Palid pearly yellow. Smooth nose, with toasted almond notes and lactic
reminiscences. In the mouth it is oily , rustic and bodied. We found again the
almonds at the end of the taste and it has a long aftertaste.
