100% Malvasia cultivated applying Organic and Biodynamic farming.
Salad with tropical fruits and citrus. Seafood and fish.
Serve at 10-12ºC.
Fermentation at 16ºC in stainless steel tank for 17 days.
It is not aged in barrels, it is left with fine lees in stainless and demijohn during 5 months.
Pale yellow colour with greenish tones.
Very intense aromatic entrance, with good acidity that makes it very pleasant and long.
