|Salad of tropical fruits and citrus, seafood, fish.|
|Fermentation at 16º C in stainless steel tank for 17 days.|
|It is not aged in barrels, it is left with fine lees in stainless and damajuanas during 5 months.|
|Pale yellow colour with greenish tones.|
|Intense aroma, with notes of sweet fruit and forest flowers.|
|Fresh and very aromatic entrance, with good acidity that makes it very pleasant and long.|
|Serve at 10 – 12ºC.|
