Icona raïm Parés Baltà 100% Xarel·lo cultivated applying Organic and Biodynamic farming.
Maridatge Parés Baltà Oysters and shellfish, poultry and grilled fish.
Icona Premsa Parés Baltà After a light skin maceration during four hours, the grapes were lightly pressed, and then fermented in stainless steel tanks during 18 days at an average temperature of 16 °C. Once the fermentation was finished, the wine was kept in contact with the fine lees for 3 months, applying daily battonage some minuts per day.

Icona aspecte visual Parés Baltà Very pale yellow with green tinges. Bright and
clean.
Icona nota de tast en nas The very varietal nose clearly combines the aroma of mature pear, almost caramelized, and banana with creamy notes coming from the work of the fine lees.
Icona sabor-gust On the palate, the wine is fresh, but surprisingly ample with a good balance and acidity. It reminds us of a pear Tarte Tatin with Crème Anglaise.
