A delicate balance between freshness and creaminess.

|Oysters and shellfish, poultry and grilled fish.|
|After a light skin maceration during four hours, the grapes were lightly pressed, and then fermented in stainless steel tanks during 18 days at an average temperature of 16 °C. Once the fermentation was finished, the wine was kept in contact with the fine lees for 3 months, applying daily battonage some minuts per day.|
|Very pale yellow with green tinges. Bright and|
|The very varietal nose clearly combines the aroma of mature pear, almost caramelized, and banana with creamy notes coming from the work of the fine lees.|
|On the palate, the wine is fresh, but surprisingly ample with a good balance and acidity. It reminds us of a pear Tarte Tatin with Crème Anglaise.|
|Serve at 10 – 12ºC.|
