Ros de Pacs
With this rosé made of the best adapted varieties in our landscape country, the Grenache, the Syrah and the Cabernet Sauvignon, we want to bring the spring sensations into your wineglass.

A fresh, soft, aromatic wine to enjoy in good company.
47% Grenache, 35% Syrah & 18% Cabernet Sauvignon cultivated applying Organic and Biodynamic farming.
“Esqueixada” (typical Catalan cod salad), rice, pasta and pizza.
Serve at 7-10ºC.
A short maceration at low temperature. Fermentation of the three varieties separately at 16ºC in stainless steel during 22, 23 and 29 days. We stop the fermentation before finishing to conserve some residual sugar.
No oak ageing.
Delicate on the nose with notes of red fruits from the woods, raspberry and cherry.
Elegant and delicate aroma. In the mouth it is light and fresh, with a very interesting balance between the acidity level and the light sweetness of the residual sugar.
