66% Grenache, 26% Syrah & 8% Cabernet Sauvignon cultivated applying Organic and Biodynamic farming.

Icona Premsa Parés BaltàA short maceration at low temperature. Fermentation of the three varieties separately at 16ºC in stainless steel during 22, 23 and 29 days. We stop the fermentation before finishing to conserve some residual sugar.
