100% White Carignan cultivated applying organic and biodynamic farming.
Stewed white meat, rice and baked fish.
Serve at 10-12ºC.
Fermentation at 16ºC in a stainless steel tank for 19 days, then it is split into three parts to make different ageings.
On part ages 6 months in 500L barrel, another part ages 8 months in 54L demijohn and a smaller part stays in contact with its lees inside a stainless steel tank.
Bright gold yellow.
Unique aromas of stone fruits, austere presence and unctuous sensations.
Elegant entrance and very good acidity, that is expanded in the mouth giving citrus aromas and leaving a pleasant palate.
