|Fermentation at 16 ° C in a stainless steel tank for 19 days, then split into three parts to make different ageings.|
|One portion have 6 months of ageing in 500L barrel, another part, 8 months in 54L Demijohns, and a small part with the lies inside a stainless steel tank.|
|Yellow new gold color.|
|Unique aromas of pineapple fruit, austere presence and unctuous sensations.|
|Elegant, with very good acidity, expands in the mouth leaving citrus aromas and leaving a delicious palate.|
