Bluto from Penedès
We return to the rusticity of the Penedès, the strength of the tannins but dressed lightly, which makes it look like Bluto disguised as Olive, and that when you taste it you get a force of electric vibration.
Splash of color and red fruit that catches you at the first drink.
100% Sumoll cultivated with organic and biodynamic farming.
Roasted white meat with sauce, rossottos, spicy entrees.
Serve at 12-15ºC.
Short maceration and fermentation at 16 ºC in stainless steel tank for 9 days.
It is not aged in barrel but it’s 6 months in 60L DemiJohn.
Vivid red color.
Intense nose, lots of lovely red fruit, and a slight floral touch.
Vibrant, electric, energetic, refreshing and fruity in the final step. It has an acidity that doesn’t leave indifferent, that at the same time it does it with character, with some tannins present, but instead little alcoholic graduation that makes a result very refreshing and pleasant.
