Bluto from Penedès
We return to the rusticity of the Penedès, the strength of the tannins but dressed lightly, which makes it look like Bluto disguised as Olive, and that when you taste it you get a force of electric vibration.

|Short maceration and fermentation at 16ºC in stainless steel tank for 9 days.|
|One part 8 months ageing in 300 litres barrels and part in 60 liters damajoanes.|

|Intense nose, lots of lovely red fruit, and a slight floral touch.|
|Vibrant, electric, energetic, refreshing and fruity in the final step. It has an acidity that doesn’t leave indifferent, that at the same time it does it with character, with some tannins present, but instead little alcoholic graduation that makes a result very refreshing and pleasant.|
