Coupage of the traditional three varieties from the Penedes: Parellada, Macabeu and Xarel·lo.

The Parellada, proceeding from the highest mountains of the Penedes, dominates and contributes to the freshness of its floral notes, preserved from its special micro climate.

The Macabeu grape brings the fruit and the Xarel·lo provides the body, and together they complete this natural cava.

    Team at Pallas Natiolal Park in Lapland

    Nice cava with cherry chocolate cace, well balanced with crispiness. At best chilled in a bank of snow.
