Xarel·lo, Sauvignon Blanc

Vineyard: Finca Les Torres, 690m. Les Valls, 500 m.


After a light skin maceration during 4 hours, the grapes were lightly pressed, and then fermented in stainless steel tanks during 12 days at an average temperature of 16°C. After finished fermentation the wine was kept in contact with the thin lees from the fermentation during 3 months with daily battonage.

Tasting note:

Pale yellow colour. Very Intense aroma of flowers and white fruit with a citric and mineral reminiscence. Fresh and smooth, full of nuances. Floral and citric notes are more present in the mouth, good acidity and long aftertaste.
Serving temperature: 10 – 12° C
