Grape varieties:

Xarel.lo, Chardonnay, Macabeo, Parellada

Vineyards: Finca Parés Baltà, 254 m. Finca Las Torres, 616-650 m. Finca Hisenda Miret, 315 m.

Winemaking:

Alcoholic fermentation at 16° C in stainless steel tanks for two weeks. Second fermentation in bottle following the traditional method.
Bottle Ageing: 30 months.

Tasting note:

Yellow golden color. Extraordinary bubbles. On the nose subtle aroma of mature fruit with creamy notes. In the mouth it reafirms its elegance, providing to be full with good length. Serving temperature: 6 – 8° C
