Alcoholic fermentation at 16° C in stainless steel tanks for two weeks. Second fermentation in bottle following the traditional method.
Bottle Ageing: 18 months.
Redcurrant color with a very good sparkling crown of bubbles. On the nose aroma of red fruit with a light floral notes. In the mouth it is appetizing and fresh with hints of redcurrant and raspberry. Long, sweet and pleasant finish. Serving temperature: 8 – 10°
