Verema 2016 iniciada!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Com \u00e9s habitual en cada verema, les primeres varietats de ra\u00efm en madurar i ser veremades s\u00f3n les que utilitzarem per a l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 del Cava.Aquest any, <strong>la verema s&#8217;ha avan\u00e7at alguns dies m\u00e9s del que \u00e9s habitual degut a la sequera<\/strong>, la qual ha estat present al llarg del cicle vegetatiu de la planta. El fet que no plogui suficient, provoca que la planta pateixi, que el gra de ra\u00efm sigui m\u00e9s petit i finalment, que el rendiment de la vinya sigui menor.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i aquests precedents, <strong>estem molt esperan\u00e7ades amb la nova collita!<\/strong> El ra\u00efm presenta un excel\u00b7lent estat sanitari i uns bons nivells de sucre i acidesa.
