Vineyard: Finca Les Torres, 616m.
After a light skin maceration to obtain this pale colour, the grapes were lightly pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks during 2 weeks at an average temperature of 16°C.
Very pale rosé colour. On the nose it surprises for its intensity, ripen red fruits are predominating aromas. On the mouth is elegant, smooth and fruity, with a very good acidity.
Serving temperature: 7 – 10° C
