Fermentation at 16° C in stainless steel tanks for 20 days. Afterwards, we stop the fermentation with sudden descent of the temperature and addition of sulphurous. Ageing four months in 2bd year French oak barrels from Allier forest.
Gold brilliant color. Sweet aromas on the nose. In the mouth it is full and oily, with flavours of honey, raisins and dried fruit, perfectly integrated with the oak from the barrel. Long and pleasant finish with honey and wild flowers.
