Vineyard: Finca Les Valls, 540 m
Fermentation at 15° C in stainless steel tanks for 14 days.
Clear yellow greenish color. On the nose intense aromas of jasmine, orange blossom, lemon and lime. In the mouth it is full and creamy with a good acidity and balance. On the finish it leaves a pleasant aftertaste of sweet citrus.
Serving temperature: 8 – 10° C
