Vineyard: Finca Cal Miret, 315 m; Finca Les Torres, 670 m.
The Chardonnay ferments at 16-20°C in new French oak barrels during 13 days. Macabeu ferments in stainless steel tanks at 16ºC during 15 days and with daily “battonage” at the end of the fermentation. Bottle Ageing: 60 months.
Straw yellow with hints of new gold color. Fine and persisting bubble. On the nose sophisticated aroma that comes from the ageing in oak barrels. It has creamy notes that reminds us at candied fruit with toasty hints very well balanced. In the mouth we can appreciate that it is a different cava. Long and persistent after taste. Serving temperature: 8 – 10° C
